18″ x 18″ typographic map of the neighbourhoods within the city limits of Vancouver. Like the west sun reflecting on the buildings of the Burrard Peninsula, this yellow ochre print with white ink will sit on your wall like a glimmering sun. The letters of each neighbourhood name are twisted and turned to fit inside the area of the neighbourhood in Ork Posters’ trademark typographic, modern map design.
Ork Posters uses only the highest quality of print methods. This print is silkscreen printed which allows us to print saturated inks on colored paper and is a more artistic, hands-on printing process. This is the reason for the price difference between prints and posters. Our screen prints are also signed by the designer, Jenny Beorkrem (on the back). Water-based ink is used on golden yellow, 100% recycled, uncoated poster-weight paper. It is shipped rolled in a tube for a safe voyage to you.
